The original intention of the company is to build an excellent technology-based company focusing on underwater resource development and technical services. Therefore, the company attaches great importance to the construction of scientific and technological innovation team, takes design and R & D as the leader, gives full play to the company's technical service advantages in the field of underwater wellhead, and makes great efforts in team and resource integration. In the process of tackling key scientific research problems in national projects and other important projects of the company, the overall professional level of the R & D team, especially the design backbone / service backbone, has been greatly improved, forming a "fist effect" and occupying a leading position in the field of underwater wellhead research in China. After years of training and construction, Shanghai Xiawei has set up two excellent innovation teams of Engineering Department and technical service department, and has the domestic leading underwater wellhead equipment testing tooling. The assembly test base has 15 sets of various experimental equipment and assembly test tooling (including wellhead load test tooling, seal assembly test (seal and PR2) tooling, casing hanger test tooling, pressure monitoring equipment, etc.). The company has 5 R & D and design personnel, including 1 with master's degree or above and 1 senior engineer.
