The company, in accordance with the principles of fairness, competition and selection of excellent, has constantly optimized the structure of talent team from recruiting all kinds of excellent talents. In 2020, the company has 10 new employees, accounting for 70% of the high-tech talents from the same industry at home and abroad. By the end of 2020, the company has 48 employees, 62.5% of them have bachelor degree or above, and 12.5% of female employees. By the end of 2020, the company has 42 professional and technical personnel and 8 on-site service personnel.

The company has constantly innovated the training management system and mechanism, strengthened the training facilities and network construction, strengthened the three types of talent training projects, namely operation management, operation skills and professional technology. According to the needs of business development of the company, continuous training of employees at different levels, contents and forms is carried out, and the quality and ability of the staff team are effectively improved. In 2020, the company has organized and implemented 25 training projects, and the training is for all the staff of the company.
